You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India (excluding states and territories where online gaming is restricted), and legally permitted to participate in real-money gaming under your local laws. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

Lucid may, at any time, request government-issued ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within seven days of request will result in withdrawals being held until KYC is complete.

One account per person. Multi-accounting (creating more than one account, or using another person's account) is grounds for suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.

Keep your password confidential. Lucid will never ask you for your password, OTP, or full card details. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you log out or revoke active sessions from Account Settings.

All money on Lucid is held in INR paise as BIGINT integers. There is no floating-point rounding on the wallet itself. Deposits are credited the moment the payment provider confirms; withdrawals are paid to the verified UPI of record.

We reserve the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 24 hours for fraud review. We will tell you why and we will pay you any verified balance.

Every game on Lucid is provably fair. The server commits to a hashed seed before each round, and reveals the seed once the round ends. Players can independently verify that the outcome was decided by the seed-and-nonce inputs and not after the fact.

The house edge is published per game (1 − RTP). Lucid does not run any “house mode” that targets specific players. Operational policies and dynamic difficulty adjustments — where applicable — are documented in the About page.

Bonuses are credited as “locked balance” with a wagering requirement that must be cleared before they become withdrawable. The wagering ratio for each promo is listed in the Promotions page.

Wagering counts only on real-money bets. Bonuses can be revoked for fraud, multi-account, or arbitrage abuse — at Lucid's sole discretion.

Gambling can be addictive. Lucid offers built-in deposit limits, session timers, loss-streak warnings, and self-exclusion (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent). You can configure all of these from Account → Limits.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test our APIs
• Use bots, scripts, or any automated play that isn't a public Lucid feature
• Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
• Impersonate other users, or sell / transfer your account
• Deposit funds from a payment instrument that isn't in your name

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount of money in your wallet at the time of the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we'll always honour every settled bet — even through outages and rollbacks.

We can update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and a banner on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be settled by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
